Each piece is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with professional attention to ensure safe arrival.

 

 

 

Processing Time

​

Original Artwork:
Ships within 5–10 business days after full payment is received, unless otherwise stated.

Prints:
Typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Commissioned Work:
Ships according to the timeline outlined in the written agreement.

Digital Downloads:
Delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

 

 

Packaging Standards

​

Original artwork is packaged using professional materials appropriate to its size and value, which may include:

• Protective wrapping
• Reinforced boxing
• Corner protection
• Crate construction (for large or high-value works)

The goal is preservation of condition during transit.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipments may include:

• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• Freight or white-glove delivery (for large or high-value works)

Shipping method is determined based on artwork size, value, and destination.

 

 

High-Value Artwork ($5,000+)

 

Original works valued at $5,000 USD or more may require:

• Crate packaging
• Signature confirmation
• Direct coordination with carrier
• White-glove or freight delivery

Delivery must be accepted by the purchaser or authorized representative.

Unattended delivery voids shipping liability.

 

 

Insurance & Risk of Loss

All original artwork is insured for its full purchase value during transit.

Under Ohio’s adoption of the Uniform Commercial Code, risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

• Provide accurate shipping information
• Ensure someone is available to receive delivery

 

 

International Shipping

 

International collectors are responsible for:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

 

Delivery Issues

 

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
• Provide photographic documentation (if applicable)
• Retain all packaging materials

We will assist in initiating a carrier claim where necessary.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

If a package is returned due to incorrect address provided by the purchaser:

• Reshipping fees will apply
• Additional insurance fees may apply

Studio Pickup

 

Local collectors may request studio pickup by appointment.
